Mango ice cream

Looking for a naturally cool experience to tackle the heat of the day? Grab a bag of forzen mango and an ice cream is just moments away!

As I currently have some time, I was looking on the internet the other day. Looking for fresh, stirring thoughts, inspiring dishes that I have never used before, to astonish my family with. Hunting for a long time unfortunately could not find too many interesting stuff. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I discovered this delicious and simple treat simply by luck on Suncakemom. The dessert looked so scrumptious on its photos, that called for rapid actions.

It was not difficult to imagine how it is created, how it tastes and how much my husband will like it. Actually, it is rather simple to please the man when it comes to desserts. Yes, I’m a blessed one. Or perhaps he is.Anyhow, I went to the site and used the detailed instuctions which were combined with impressive photos of the task. It really makes life faster and easier. I can imagine that it is a bit of a hassle to shoot snap shots in the middle of baking in the kitchen as you may most often have gross hands so I pretty appreciate the commitment she put in for making this post .

Having said that I am inspired presenting my own recipes in the same way. Many thanks the concept.

I was fine tuning the original recipe to make it for the taste of my loved ones. Need to say it was an awesome outcome. They prized the taste, the consistency and loved having a sweet like this in the midst of a lively week. They basically requested lots more, many more. So next time I am not going to make the same mistake. I’m gonna twin the volume .

Grab the frozen mangoes from the freezer and put them in a blender then blend it until smooth.

Break eggs and separate egg whites from the yolks. We only need to use egg whites.

Whisk egg whites until hard and forms peaks.

Mix blended mango and egg whites carefully together. Try not to break whites. We are after a delicious foamy texture, a bit like mousse.

Serve straight away or put in the freezer for no longer than an hour.
